If you once owned ONE TEL, here is my re-cap of WHY it was doomed to fail.

Why One Tel FAILED in 2001

November 2009 .... Please refer to this current news report.

Note : The YELLOW parabolic did not stay on top when major parabolics corrected in April 2000, the famed TECH CRASH of 2000.

HERE IS THE BIG SECRET
If ONE TEL was to recover, the YELLOW parabolic should have stayed on top.

Instead, in JULY 2000, this parabolic crossed over RED then proceeded downwards

and in October 2000 it sliced through the BLACK parabolic.

During the next stock collapse in January 2001, it passed under the WHITE parabolic showing that further downside was coming this year.

The February 2001 rally failed and, in this month, the YELLOW parabolic continued downwards and cut through the MAGENTA parabolic.

ALL MAJOR PARABOLICS had now been broken and it was only a matter of time before One Tel would suffer a TRADING HALT.

One Tel was suspended on May 25 2001 at 16 cents.

The HIGHLY CRITICAL Primary Sell signal occurred in the week of January 14 2000

at a LOW of $1.95.

This sort of information would normally only be known to stockbrokers.

My personal experience with One Tel.

BEFORE I began charting stocks......
My BNP Paribas full service broker tempted me to BUY ONE TEL in early 2000.

They had a STRONG BUY recommendation on the stock at the time.

I bought in at $2.20 and sold out at $1.10 after sensing they were telling a bunch of lies.

I had NO CHARTING EXPERIENCE at the time and relied on THEIR stock research sheets. These were full of bad information as we all now know.

As I see it, if the May 2001 rights issue had proceded, more cash would have been fed to the furnace.
